    מנהל ולוגיסטיקה

    מינהל ולוגיסטיקהמנהל ולוגיסטיקה מהווים תחום האוצר בו את כל ההיבטים הטכניים והבסיסיים החיוניים לארגון, החל מהצרכים הבסיסיים של עובדי הארגון וכלה בנרחבות התקשורת בין העובדים ובין המחלקות השונות בארגון.

    מנהל ולוגיסטיקה מכילים בהם תתי תחומים כגון: הסעדה, הגיינה, ליסינג, ביטוח, בטיחות, ניהול עובדים, טלפוניה, דואר, איכות הסביבה ועוד.

    לכל התחומים הללו יש תכולת משימות קבועה ומחייבת ע"פ האינטרס האישי של הארגון וכמובן בכפוף לחוקי מדינה.

     

    מנהל משאבי האנוש (או מחלקת משאבי האנוש בארגונים גדולים) אמון על כל תתי התחומים הנ"ל ועליו לוודא קיומם של כל התנאים הנובעים מאותם תתי תחומים.

     

    פורטל HRus סוקר ומפרסם תכנים בנוגע למנהל ולוגיסטיקה לשירותו של מנהל משאבי האנוש.
